The process for ordering a custom made piece is:
1. Send us information about the piece you want.
2. We will call you to discuss what metal you want and the
quality of the gemstones.
3. We will price out the piece and call you back within three
business days
4. If you agree to the price we require a 50% deposit to start
production
5. Upon completion of the product we will call you to let you
know, exchange the remaining 50% .
6. We then mail the piece registered and insured to you.
