| Merchandise Return Policy Thank you for shopping with Gifts by Expressions. The following is our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges and damaged goods for both Sterling Silver and our Gold, Platinum, Mixed Media and Custom Made pieces. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt, as there is no credit/refund/exchange on any merchandise beyond 15 days of receipt of purchase. When returning merchandise, package it securely, insure it, obtain a return authorization number from Customer Service and ship it “attention customer service” with a signature requested delivery. The item must be returned in the same gift box it was sent in or the return will not be accepted. The return address will be given with the return authorization number. Important Information All items custom made, no matter what the medium ( gold, platinum, sterling silver, etc.)and Items that have been worn, resized (either by us or others), engraved, altered (such as a semi mounting or mounting with a peg head soldered on or a setting or semi setting set with a center diamond) cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when ordering your jewelry. Defects must be reported to Customer Service immediately and a return authorization number must be obtained from Customer Service. All merchandise will be inspected before shipment. Reports after 5 days will not be considered manufacturer defect. After 5 days there will be a restocking fee of 15%, exchanged items included. Any discrepancy with quantity or item number shipped in your order must be reported within 2 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Appraisals for jewelry items are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, all of our packages are insured. So, if your item is lost, a claim can be filed at the Carrier used (Post Office, Fedex, UPS,etc.) and a refund will be issued from them after their investigation. Diamonds We broker our loose Diamonds, with a certification, viewing and approval process before the customer gives the final approval to purchases their Diamond. Therefore since the examination, review and approval process of the Diamond is before purchase, we do not accept returns on Diamonds. International Orders Shipments will not be made on any International orders until all payments have cleared the bank. The buyer will be notified by e-mail of the International shipping costs as our free shipping on the cart is for domestic orders only. All shipments will be inspected for defects and there is no buyer remorse on any International orders. All shipments will be sent with signature required for delivery to avoid any lost or misplaced items. |
