Gifts by Expressions will occasionally update its privacy statement to reflect company
and customer feedback. If you have questions or concerns about policy changes, you

How we use the information you provide
Gifts by Expressions will request personal information, including your name, shipping
address, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, and
expiration date.  We collect some or all of that information in order to:

   Process an order
   Provide you with a price quote
   Verify your identity for payment authorization  
   Contact you regarding your order status
   Ship your order to you
   Send you sales & promotion notification (if you request)
   Mail you a catalog
   Provide for appointment verification and/or for Diamond appointments.

Once we gather your name and address, this information will then be used to authorize
your credit card and verify your order for fraud prevention.  Your shipping information
may also be supplied to a third-party parcel carrier, but your name and address will not
be used for any other purpose than delivery of your order. Gifts by Expressions will not
share customer shipping and buying information or patterns with any third party or any
person or company outside of Gifts by Expressions.

Security
Gifts by Expressions is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal
information. We protect the information you send from your computer to our
e-commerce system, this information - including your credit card number, name, and
address - is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. Only our billing
department, responsible for processing your order has access to your credit card and
bank information.

Computer Technology
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your
computer hard drive. We do not enable cookies to track visits from customers or from
our affiliates and partners. We fell that our customers' need for privacy is paramount to
us collecting data.

Other Provisions
Customers may update their billing or shipping information by contacting customer
service via the phone number or email address listed on our contact page. Gifts by
Expressions content and programming is not directed at children in any form or way
and we do not collect any type of information on or about children.

Shipping and Delivery
We normally ship all packages via UPS or the Postal Service. We charge a $2.00
Handling Fee to cover the cost of packaging and packing materials over and above the
shipping costs. Our products are generally delivered Priority Mail.  Please feel free to
call Customer Service at 1-570-619-7851 between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday - Friday
Eastern Time if you wish to change anything.

All orders will be shipped after credit approval and order processing. This process may
take 1 to 2 business days at which time the order will be shipped via 2nd Day Delivery
or Overnight (if requested by phone). If an item requires an appraisal (Diamonds) it
may require an additional day to ship. As soon as the order is shipped an email is sent
to you with the ship date, tracking number and direct link to rapidly track your shipment.
All items offered for sale on this Website should be available for shipping. The custom
made orders and the Diamond Brokering are handled by direct contact with the
customers. However, if an item is out of stock or back ordered we will notify you by
phone or email.

Our international customers are always notified of their shipping charges from the US
to their international location before we process the order. Further, please note the
international customer or recipient is responsible for any taxes and/or duties at the time
of delivery.

ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. If you are unable to sign
for a shipment and the item is returned to us, we will contact you and you will be
responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER
We make an effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal
information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action
is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process
served on our Web site.
